01 — Websites
Websites
A site that looks good and cannot be found is a brochure.
We build sites where the structure is decided before the design, because that structure is what search engines read.
We design and build institutional websites, landing pages and online stores. Architecture and search structure come first, layout second, and analytics tracking is installed before launch rather than added afterwards.

02 — Detail
Architecture before layout.
The order matters more than people expect. Deciding what pages exist, what each one is for, and how they link to each other determines whether the site can ever rank. Choosing colours first and retrofitting that structure is how most redesigns end up slower and less findable than the site they replaced.
Every site we build ships with clean heading structure, structured data, fast Core Web Vitals and working conversion tracking. That is the baseline, not an upsell, and it is what makes later SEO cheap instead of expensive.
If you already have a site, a rebuild is not always the answer. Sometimes three fixes to the current one produce more than a new build, and we say so when that is the case.
03 — How it works
How a build runs.
- 01
Scope
What the site has to accomplish, and for whom. Pages follow from this, not from a template.
- 02
Architecture
URL structure, internal linking, and the search terms each page is meant to own.
- 03
Design and build
Layout applied to the structure. Fast, responsive, accessible.
- 04
Measurement
Analytics, tag manager and conversion events tested before launch.
- 05
Launch
Redirects checked, indexing verified, first-month monitoring included.
04 — Fit
Who this is for.
It fits companies whose site has to do a job: be found for the services they sell, explain those services clearly, and turn a visit into a contact. That covers most service businesses, professional firms and B2B companies, and it covers companies whose current site was built as a brochure and now needs to earn its keep.
It fits businesses planning to invest in search or paid traffic, because both depend on a site that loads fast, indexes cleanly and measures conversions. Building those in from the start costs far less than retrofitting them into a site designed around a colour palette.
It is a poor fit when the honest answer is that the current site needs three fixes rather than a rebuild. We say so when it is true, because a redesign discards accumulated rankings and links, and that cost is only worth paying when the structure is genuinely wrong.
05 — Common mistakes
The mistakes we design out.
- Layout before architecture. Deciding what pages exist and how they link is what determines whether the site can rank. Colours come after.
- Content written last. The variable that most delays projects. We agree who writes what before the first screen is designed.
- Measurement added after launch. Analytics, tag manager and conversion events are tested on staging, not bolted on when someone asks for a report.
- Heavy pages. Uncompressed images and a dozen third-party scripts on the page where the decision happens. Speed is a requirement, not a polish step.
- Redirects forgotten in a redesign. Every old URL is mapped before launch. Sites that skip this lose their organic traffic overnight.
A site built this way is cheaper to promote afterwards, because search and paid campaigns land on pages that already do their part.
06 — Measurement
What you own at the end.
Code, domain and hosting in your name, with no proprietary platform to leave behind. Clean heading structure, structured data, fast Core Web Vitals and working conversion tracking are the baseline, documented so any developer can maintain it.
The first month after launch is monitored: indexing confirmed, redirects checked, Search Console watched for errors, and the analytics reviewed against what the site was built to do.
